What you are agreeing to protect
PickleStax / GGPickleStax (the “Service”), operated by Pickleball House of Dinkie Winkie, is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other laws. By registering, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The software, apps, websites, APIs, designs, logos, branding, documentation, workflows, matchmaking and rotation logic, rating/scoring methodologies, tournament tools, booking platform, databases, and related intellectual property belong to us (or our licensors)—not to you.
- You receive only a limited license to use the Service for your personal play or your club/venue operations. You do not receive ownership, a right to resell the Service, or a right to copy it.
- You will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, harvest data by automated means, bypass security, or attempt to discover non-public algorithms, data models, or internals of the Service.
- You will not use the Service—or knowledge gained from using it—to build, train, assist, or operate a competing product that substantially replicates our features, workflows, matchmaking, ratings, tournament operations, or booking platform.
- You will not remove branding or proprietary notices, frame/mirror the Service without permission, or use our marks except for truthful references.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts, and seek legal remedies (including injunctive relief), for violations involving copying, reverse engineering, scraping, or competitive misuse.
- Your content/data remains yours subject to the license you grant us to operate the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
- As a club host, elevated access (roster, sessions, settings, exports) is for legitimate club operations only. You must keep credentials secure and not share admin access with unauthorized people.
- Non-public features, admin tools, pricing, roadmaps, and technical details disclosed to hosts are confidential and must not be used to clone or assist a competing system.
- You are responsible for having rights/consents to upload player and club data, and you must not misuse player data for unauthorized marketing or to build a competing product.
